Metabolic Health Seminar

I’m a member of a low carb group in Arizona. We’re trying to figure out how to spread the message of eating healthy and using lifestyle to promote healing.

So we came up with the idea of holding a one-day event to have some knowledgeable speakers provide lots of good information that can help people.

The speakers range from medical professionals, doctors, nutritionists (including the health coach who helps our assisted living homes), health coaches and little ol’ me giving ideas how to keep you from ever needing a nursing home.

We all agreed to charge what we need to cover the event’s logistics including the venue, food (lunch) and all the technical requirements to run the event and stream it virtually.

Any extra amounts will go to charity. I’m lobbying to send the extra to the American Diabetes Society which believes in using diet to improve and reverse Type II diabetes. One of the founders is Dr Ken Berry if you know him.

The event is scheduled for February 1st. It will be held in the First Baptist Church in Sun City West. The address is 17419 N Conquistador Drive, Sun City West, AZ 85375. There is a First Baptist Church in Sun City also on Peoria Avenue. That is NOT where it will be held.
