Guess Who is Climbing On Board?
We have some exciting news. Dr Phil did a video endorsement of our online community, Thrive At Your Home. If you haven't seen it yet, I think you’ll like it. Even Dr Phil is coming around to metabolic health.
But here's what really matters: this isn't about a celebrity stamp of approval. It's about validation of something our members already know works. Real people are getting real results.
There's a lot of health information out there. Some of it is useful. Some of it is marketing. We started this community because we wanted something different. A place where we can share what works in our assisted living homes. And in some cases what doesn’t work. So you don’t waste your money on it.
We are not doctors. Nor do we play them on TV. We are not trying to go against your doctor’s advice. We want to fill in the gaps in your lifestyle that your doctor may not have discussed with you.
We focus on nutrition—low carb, ketogenic, and carnivore approaches. Not because they're trendy. Because they work. We've seen people improve their weight, their blood sugar, their energy, their inflammation. In some cases their memory as well.
But we didn't stop there. We started incorporating other therapies that make a real difference: red light therapy, sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Why? Because when you combine approaches that work, you get better results. Add in regular exercise tailored to where you actually are, and something really interesting starts to happen.
We've had some successes that we're really proud of. People improving their weight. Better energy. Clearer thinking. But one thing stands out: we've seen members mitigate cognitive decline. That's not a small thing. That's someone staying sharp. Staying independent. Staying themselves as they get older.
When someone comes to us worried about memory loss or brain fog, and then six months later they're telling us how much clearer they feel? That matters. That's the stuff that keeps us going.
Maybe you're here because you've noticed something. Your energy isn't what it used to be. Your weight has crept up. Your thinking feels foggy sometimes. Or your blood work came back and you're seeing numbers that worry you.
Maybe you're here because someone you love is struggling. A parent. A spouse. A friend. And you want to help them find a path that actually works.
Either way, we’d love to have you join our community. We're not interested in quick fixes or magic pills. We're interested in real change. The kind that comes from understanding what your body actually needs and then doing it. Consistently.
Maybe we can keep you and your family out of our assisted living homes. Forever.
You can do this at 50. At 65. At 75. Age isn't the limiting factor. Decision and action are. Are you ready to make a different choice about your health? Try Thrive At Your Home.
